Mindfulness

Mindfulness takes practice, we can start by considering the outcomes of our actions and ask ourselves:

"Is it possible to live with the consequences?"

Our world is a reflection of us, if we are indifferent and selfish this won't be the kind of civilization we need to survive and thrive. Until we start to appreciate life and the conditions for it, we won't have the ethical and moral standards to sustain it.

Our movement an effort to reignite the "common sense" we all had to begin with, but was bullied into submission by mediocre profit makers.

 

Let us take time to investigate and as we learn, we will begin to appreciate the marvelous facts our life and the universe holds. 

 

The place to start is with ourselves, being  honest will also make our life and experience worth sharing, an act of kindness is part of the mindfulness with each day and each person.
